Main Responsibilities 

The Facilities Co-Ordinator will support the Head of Operations (FM) as part of the Facilities team. You will have a responsibility for the support and provision of facilities at Wealth Management and Branch premises at Tunbridge Wells.

    • Co-ordinate, all facilities management and security of Tunbridge Wells premises; incl Post serviced, premises support, security and Access control and Reception.
    • Liaise with key relationships, including:-
      • the landlord (and their staff / agents);
      • site maintenance contractors;
      • external consultants;
      • cleaning/hygiene contractors and any other service providers to Tunbridge Wells;
    • Support in the Day to day management of the delivery of services to Tunbridge Wells;
    • Meet and Greet contractors and suppliers.
    • Ordering of Stationary, key supplies.
    • Support the management of Planned and Preventative Maintenance.
    • Support Managing Statutory building Compliance.
    • Assist with the co-ordination of DR procedures for Tunbridge Wells .
    • Maintain processes to ensure appropriate levels of building security, fire protection and health & safety.
    • Maintain a good working knowledge of various areas of Commercial Property/Facilities Managements laws/regulations applicable to the Bank.
    • Assist in Managing key suppliers and         contracts making sure we receive VFM
    • Working with the team to ensure the highest level of customer service in FM, front of house and guest services.
    • Support the District Facilities Manager in all Facilities operations throughout Tunbridge Wells
    • Assist in making sure the building is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and repairs are dealt with in a timely manner.
